A connection that goes back a long way.
On June 1st 2019 the Dension lodge Nº 1248 celebrated 150 years since the lodge was founded.
One of the presentations was by W Bro Andrew Nicholson the Worshipful Master of Constitutional lodge. He explained how the history of his Lodge was very closely intertwined with Denison due to the involvement of Lord Londesborough (David Denison) and his deep interest in Freemasonry throughout the area. W Bro Nicholson then presented W Bro Brocklesby with a coat of arms plaque displaying the Denison family motto.
